Congrats On Your Engagement! We look forward in helping you plan for that perfect moment in time with the perfect wedding gown. Please book your bridal consultation and one of our representatives will be more than glad to assist you. Remember we customize from size 0 to 32. The $75 fee will be returned with a purchase value of equal or greater value. Book an appointment for consultation assistance only, DO NOT BOOK APPOINTMENT IF YOU ARE ONLY LOOKING FOR YOUR SIZE (Measurement's). Bridal appointments must be cancelled 24hours prior to set appointment date. Online pays are as seen, however, walk-ins without an appointment will pay an additional $25 in store. Any decline transactions will incur an additional $45 bank fee. All payments are due before appointments are commence, if you have completed an appointment and failed to make payment, you can be charge up to double the original fee. By processing a payment, you agree to all the policies stated here in.

Cancellation Policy

Please cancel appointments 24 hours before your appointment time slot. There will be no refund for cancellations less than 24-hour notice. Please log-in to your account to cancel appointment or send an email 24hours prior to your appointment time.
